Refine Education Consulting is a network of early education experts focused on refining current instructional practice by building on existing strengths. Through a continuous improvement approach, the development of each facet of an agency allows a cohesive, data-driven, team centered environment to thrive.
What we do
Using a strengths-based approach, instructional coaching and onsite trainings allow a unique collaborative experience, focused on building highly effective instructional practice to meet the needs of all learners.
Coaches and mentors can transform their practice through “coaching boot camp,” a specialized training program designed to develop instructional practice using current quality tools and reflective practice.
The development of a transparent, collective leadership team focused on data driven decision making allows an agency to determine current and long-term needs, while building sustainable partnerships with teachers, families, and stakeholders.
If we want a generation that cares about the environment we need to encourage a deep relationship with the world around us (not just screens). In this way we learn that we are not separate from our surroundings but active participants in its very process and evolution.
